Giveloa can request browser geolocation only when you choose to use the “Find near me” feature. Your browser asks for permission. In the current static version, the coordinates are used in your browser to filter verified listings within a 120 km nearby radius and calculate approximate distances; Giveloa does not need to store your precise location on its servers.

2. Contact messages

If you email [email protected], we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, listing URL or suggested source. We use it to respond, review submissions and maintain the site.

3. Cookies and analytics

The current static version is designed to work without requiring an account and without setting advertising cookies itself. If analytics, advertising or other third-party services are added later, this policy will be updated and any required consent or disclosures will be provided.

4. Third-party websites

Listing pages link to original sources. When you leave Giveloa, the third party’s own privacy policy and terms apply.

5. Data retention

We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, review submissions, resolve disputes or maintain records.

6. Children

Giveloa is a general-audience discovery site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

7. Your choices

You can choose not to grant browser location permission and can contact us to ask questions about information you have sent to us.

If you use the submission form on Giveloa, the information you enter is sent to Formspree, our form-processing provider, so we can receive and respond to your message.
